Society keeps us busy. We have to pay our bills to keep a roof over our heads and food in our bellies. So how are we coping with all that entails? All the stress, the trauma, the expectations placed on us every day?
When we aren’t feeling heard or when we are living in fight/flight/freeze/fawn, we can become anxious and stressed.
As we have all heard before it’s about the Mind (De-Conditioning old beliefs), Body (Nutrients/Physical Activity), and Soul (Self-Awareness).
The vagus nerve connects our gut with our brain. It’s important to understand that we can feel (for example) stomach aches when we experience anxiety and we can sometimes feel anxiety when we aren’t consuming nutrient dense food.
